The current Design Leadership OS landing page does not use advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, cookies, browser storage, account registration or an on-site contact form. Purchase and preview links lead to independent third-party services.
Who operates this site
Design Leadership OS is created and operated by Shaun Scholtz. Purchasers can raise privacy questions through the private support channel included with their purchase confirmation.
Information that may be handled
The information involved depends on how you interact with the site:
| Website visits | The hosting provider may process IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, referral information and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. |

| Preview and purchase links | LinkGate or another redirect service may process technical and click information when you follow a tracked link. The destination service applies its own privacy terms. |
| Purchases | The checkout and payment provider may collect your name, email address, billing details, payment information, tax location and order details. Payment card information is entered with that provider, not on this website. Design Leadership OS may receive the contact and order information the provider makes available to fulfil the purchase and provide support. |
| Support | If you contact support through the purchase provider, the message, account details and any information you choose to include may be received and retained as needed to respond. |
Please do not send sensitive employee, company, financial, health or identity information in a support request.
How information is used
Information may be used to:
- deliver the purchased template and confirm the transaction;
- provide product support, investigate access problems and administer refunds;
- maintain transaction, tax and accounting records;
- protect the site, product and purchasers against fraud, misuse and security threats; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Purchase information is not sold. A purchase does not automatically enrol you in promotional email. If a marketing list is introduced, it will use a separate opt-in and an unsubscribe mechanism.
Service providers and external links
This site may rely on Netlify for hosting, LinkGate for link routing, a third-party checkout and payment provider for the transaction, and Notion for the preview and template experience. These providers process information under their own terms and may store it outside your province or country.
Links to external websites do not make Design Leadership OS responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy information shown by the relevant provider before submitting personal information.
Retention and security
Order and accounting records are retained only as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting and legal obligations. Support messages are retained while the issue remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely disposed of where practical.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to or correction of personal information held about you, ask that information be deleted where retention is not legally required, or withdraw consent for an optional use. You may also raise a concern about how your information has been handled.
To make a request, use the private support channel included with your purchase confirmation. Enough information may be requested to verify that the request relates to you. Requests involving information held only by a checkout, payment, hosting or Notion provider may need to be directed to that provider.
Questions and changes
Purchasers can submit questions or privacy concerns through the private support channel included with their purchase confirmation. This policy may be revised when the product, website or providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
